A Ltd Company, 'Not for Profit'
This type of company is most commonly used for:
charities, clubs, churches, non-profitable organisations and associations.
It is a company that is designed to have no commercial value. Therefore, it has no shares or shareholders. Any profits stay in the company or the community and cannot be shared out to officers in the form of dividends. If you want to be taking dividends and make a profit that you benefit from, this is not the company for you.
A company limited by guarantee is registered if the activity for which it’s intended is of a non-profitable nature.
All the other information required is the same as a company limited by shares just without the shareholding info. It is possible to drop the ‘Limited’ off the end of the company name with a company limited by guarantee, just let us know and we’ll organise it for you.
Any package will be fine, you would just mark the company as a Limited by Guarantee as you go through the ordering process. Choose the best package for you and get going online or call us today and we'll talk you through it.
