As a company limited by guarantee has no commercial value, it is registered with no shares. In place of shareholders are members. A company limited by guarantee is registered if the activity for which it’s intended is of a non-profitable nature.
All the other information required is the same as a company limited by shares. It is possible to drop the ‘Limited’ off the end of the company name with a company limited by guarantee, just let us know and we’ll organise it for you.
