Need to disolve your limited company?

If you’ve decided you no longer want the company and wish to close it, then you need to go through the dissolution process.

You can start this once the company is at least 3 months old and it take approximately 3 months to do, if there is no objection from anyone to whom the company owes money.

Once dissolved your company will no longer be active and will be marked as dissolved on the public register of companies at Companies House.
